About the role

Provide first-line IT support to staff and students across The Heart of Mercia Multi-Academy Trust. Responsibilities include logging, prioritizing, and updating support requests via the IT helpdesk, assisting with diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and supporting user accounts, passwords, devices, printers, and classroom technology. This role offers hands-on experience with experienced IT professionals and development of technical and workplace skills through a Level 3 Information Communications Technician apprenticeship delivered by TDM. Upon successful completion, there may be opportunities for progression within the ICT team and the wider Trust, including higher-level apprenticeships.

Entry requirements
