About the role

As an Apprentice ICTS Support Engineer at William Hare Limited, you will be the first point of contact for the IT Department, providing essential 1st line support. Your responsibilities will include taking calls, diagnosing hardware and software faults, logging customer queries, and escalating complex issues. You will also assist in building, installing, and deploying hardware and software, as well as supporting the unified communications system.

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience and develop a career in IT. You will be exposed to various aspects of IT within WHG, with opportunities for academic development and career progression, potentially leading to Level 4 DevOps and Level 6 degree apprenticeships upon qualification.
