About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Customer Service Level 2 Apprentice at CURRENCIES 4 YOU LTD. You will be instrumental in providing excellent service to customers and supporting the smooth operation of the business. Key responsibilities include contacting potential and existing clients, maintaining essential databases, utilizing appropriate resources and technology to meet client needs, and developing a comprehensive understanding of company services to discuss with potential clients. You will also gain insight into international markets, contribute to daily briefs, and learn about relevant regulations and legislations. The role involves providing top-tier customer service across all communication platforms, daily use of the Microsoft package, offering advice and guidance to clients, and understanding the extended customer journey. Collaboration with other departments is crucial for efficient task management, and you will conduct research into customer behaviors. This dynamic and varied role will equip you with valuable customer service skills and contribute directly to the business's success. Please note that all hours are spent in the office, so reliable travel is essential.
