About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Marketing Assistant at CURRENCIES 4 YOU LTD. You will be involved in developing content for social media, email, and blogs, as well as writing marketing copy and collaborating on graphics and videos. Key responsibilities include creating, scheduling, and posting social media content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics. You will also design and send email campaigns, segmenting lists, personalizing messages, and tracking performance. Market research to understand trends and customer preferences will be crucial, along with assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. Furthermore, you will measure marketing effectiveness using analytical tools and prepare KPI reports. Customer service aspects include answering inbound calls, corresponding with clients via email, attending networking events, and assisting clients with online international transfer platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, IT, and organizational skills who is eager to learn and grow within the marketing field.
