About the role
Lords Group Trading is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Apprentice to join their team in Northampton. This Level 3 apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in supporting the technology infrastructure of their building materials businesses. The role involves assisting colleagues with IT issues, setting up equipment and software, logging and resolving support requests, supporting new and departing employees with IT needs, maintaining IT equipment records, assisting with networks and cloud services, and learning about cybersecurity. No prior IT experience is necessary, only a strong desire to learn and grow.
