About the role
This Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship at Aspire Childcare offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a nurturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the educational, social, physical, emotional, health, and welfare needs of children are met. This involves actively engaging in children's activities to stimulate their learning, demonstrating sensitivity towards children and families, and assisting with the admission and induction of new children. You will also help maintain essential records to meet internal, EYDCP, and Ofsted requirements. A key part of the role includes taking an active role in promoting excellent health and safety practices, responding effectively to any health and safety issues, and participating in training and meetings as requested. The apprenticeship includes an Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification and paediatric first aid training. Upon completion, there is an option to continue employment within the setting.
