About the role
An exciting opportunity to become a Level 3 Early Years Educator with Bal Krishna Education Trust. This apprenticeship involves assisting in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities, promoting learning through play in line with the EYFS framework, and creating a safe and stimulating environment. You will help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming learning spaces, follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures, and observe/monitor children's progress. Key responsibilities include recording observations, contributing to assessments, sharing relevant information, promoting positive behaviour, and supporting children during daily routines. Collaboration with colleagues and parents is essential, as is maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Training is provided by NEXTSTEP TRAINING LIMITED and includes the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard, with potential for Functional Skills in English and maths. Paediatric first aid qualification is also included. This role offers a clear pathway for career progression within the Early Years sector.
