About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Financial Services Customer Adviser within NFU Mutual Yorkshire Coast Agency. You will provide high levels of customer service, support agency sales, and contribute to the strategic growth of the agency. Key responsibilities include reviewing and advising on customer general insurance requirements, handling sales enquiries via telephone and email, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. You will also act as a Life Introducer to generate appointments for the Financial Advisor and NASC team. The role involves administering networking instructions, processing customer payments, and ensuring compliance with NFU Mutual's policies and procedures. Continuous training will be provided to develop your skills and maximise your career opportunities. This role requires excellent communication, IT, and customer care skills, along with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English: 4/C or above (Essential)
