About the role

Join Clover Talent as a Recruitment Consultant Apprentice and develop new business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and client relationship management. You will gain valuable sales, negotiation, and communication skills while earning a recognised Level 3 qualification and hands-on experience to build a long-term career.

Key duties include researching businesses to identify potential clients, making outbound calls and sending messages to engage prospects, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, promoting Clover Talent's services, and managing a sales pipeline. You will also be responsible for writing and publishing job adverts, searching for suitable candidates, assessing their suitability, and matching them to client vacancies. Maintaining accurate records on the recruitment system and supporting clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process are also core responsibilities. You will work towards business development, candidate placement, and sales targets with support from the Managing Director.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 (or equivalent). Skills such as attention to detail, communication, creativity, customer care, initiative, IT proficiency, organisation, problem-solving, sales, and teamwork are also sought.
