About the role

This Level 3 Apprenticeship is ideal for individuals who are keen to progress in a career, confident, outgoing, and not afraid to engage with customers and businesses over the phone. You will learn to use various online tools and technology, source applicants, screen candidates, develop job advertisements, and assist with registration and induction processes. Key responsibilities include liaising with different departments, maintaining a customer-focused attitude, answering calls, booking interviews, and ensuring compliance. You will also work towards recruitment targets and potentially join a phone rota. The company emphasizes a strong personality and tenacity for success in the recruitment sector.
