About the role
Kerry Collins Recruitment are seeking an outgoing, confident, and highly driven individual to join their busy recruitment team in Walsall as a Recruitment Consultant Apprentice. This role offers excellent potential for career progression within the recruitment industry. Duties will include assisting in building and nurturing client relationships, communicating with clients on candidate progress and market trends, conducting candidate interviews, providing feedback, maintaining recruitment database records, and participating in training sessions focused on account management and candidate evaluation. The first six months will be dedicated to sales training and client engagement.
