About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of recruitment from the ground up within the Healthcare and Education sectors. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing and speaking to candidates, assisting with bookings and diary management, and communicating with clients to understand their needs. The role also provides exposure to business development and account growth strategies. The company values attitude over experience, seeking hardworking, chatty individuals keen to build a future in recruitment. School leavers aged 16-18 are encouraged to apply. A commission scheme is in place to reward motivated performance based on candidate placement and hours worked. Upon successful completion, a full-time Recruitment Resourcer role may be offered.
