About the role

This is a Recruitment Apprenticeship opportunity at NURSE SEEKERS LTD in Warwick. The apprenticeship offers a chance to learn all aspects of the recruitment process, including business development, candidate attraction, marketing, and client engagement. Duties will involve new business generation, client relationship building, understanding and meeting client hiring needs, creating and implementing recruiting strategies, posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, assessing applications, and screening applicants. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, organization, customer care, administrative, teamwork, and patience skills. The apprenticeship is for 1 Year 2 Months, with a salary of £18,000 a year. The closing date for applications is 2026-11-06, and the start date is 2026-11-07. The training is provided by THE RECALVI ENTERPRISE LTD and includes bi-weekly Teams lessons and dedicated time for coursework during working hours. Career progression within the company is available upon completion.
