About the role
Join CVC as an IT Service Desk Apprentice and become an integral part of our Global Service Desk. You will support our UK offices with hardware-related requests, equipment builds, walk-up support, laptop deployments, and other first-line IT tasks. This 18-month structured apprenticeship will equip you with the technical and professional skills of a Cloud Support Specialist, preparing you for a long-term career in IT. You will gain practical experience and potentially be granted permissions for more in-depth technical work based on your developing skill, experience, and knowledge.
Entry requirements
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject, GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+
