About the role
Join Cairnhill Structures, a leader in steel fabrication committed to quality, sustainability, and innovation. As a Digital Applications Support Apprentice, you will work towards an SCQF Level 6 Qualification. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating time and attendance systems (Kelio), supporting HR systems (Sage), assisting with a new Bar Coding System for stores, gaining experience with Microsoft Nav for purchase orders, and utilizing Microsoft Office for data analysis and reporting. You will also work across various digital platforms, contribute to data quality checks, and participate in digital projects and system upgrades. This role requires a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a keen interest in digital platforms and systems. No formal qualifications are required. The working hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm and Friday 8:30am-2:30pm. Benefits include an annual bonus and Death in Service cover. QA apprentices have a 90% chance of securing permanent employment.
