About the role
Rowlinson Packaging Limited is seeking an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to join their team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, manage product queries, deliveries, and account issues, as well as process orders. Strong communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. You will receive in-house training and work towards a Level 3 qualification in Customer Service, delivered online by Cheshire College - South & West. The apprenticeship also includes the opportunity to develop your IT, attention to detail, customer care, problem-solving, and initiative skills.
