About the role

Elliotts Builders Merchant is seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Apprentice to join their team at Rushington Business Park. This apprenticeship offers a comprehensive learning experience, working towards a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification with HTP Apprenticeship College. You will gain hands-on experience in serving customers, managing stock, processing orders, and understanding branch operations. The role requires strong communication, IT, and customer care skills, with a willingness to learn and grow within a family-owned business that values long-term employee development.
