Customer Service Apprentice

About the role

Elliotts Builders Merchant is seeking a Customer Service Apprentice to join their team in Fordingbridge. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to learn about the building merchant industry, develop customer service skills, and contribute to branch operations. Responsibilities include understanding products, serving customers, processing quotes, managing deliveries, ordering stock, and learning about branch success factors. The role involves working towards a Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship with HTP Apprenticeship College. No prior industry experience is required, but a friendly, organized, and problem-solving attitude is essential. The apprenticeship is at Level 3, equivalent to A-levels.
