About the role
This apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity to become a Customer Service Apprentice at National Numbers Ltd. You will be handling warm inbound enquiries via phone, webchat, and email from interested customers. Key responsibilities include negotiating the purchase and sale of private number plates, accurately recording customer interactions, assisting with valuations, and building professional relationships with customers and vendors. Full training is provided, and there is a potential for a full-time role upon completion of the apprenticeship. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication, IT, organisation, customer care, and teamwork skills, who are looking to develop a career in sales and customer service.
