About the role
Work alongside experienced builders to develop skills in bricklaying and gain exposure to other home improvement activities. This apprenticeship offers comprehensive training, including Functional Skills in maths and English, CSCS training for site access, and practical skills development at a training centre. You will learn about safe working practices, labouring, preparing mortar, using specific tools, measuring, cutting materials, and maintaining a clean work area. Upon successful completion, there may be an opportunity for full-time employment or further study at Level 3. A CSCS card is required, and training will be provided upon successful completion of the interview process.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 1-9. Communication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Logical, Team working, Physical fitness.
