About the role

This Level 2 Apprentice Groundworker position in Oxford offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in the construction industry. You will be involved in the installation of underground ducts, chambers and drainage, as well as the installation of soils and fill materials, and the construction of concrete slabs and footings. The role also includes the installation of mature trees and planting. This is a physically demanding role, but all heavy lifting will be aided by machinery. You can expect to be working outdoors all the time in various weather conditions. Upon completion, there are opportunities to progress as an experienced groundworker, setting out engineer, or pursue Civil Engineering Management qualifications.
