About the role

Assist the Facilities Manager with day-to-day activities, building maintenance, and asset management to ensure the premises are safe and fit for purpose. Responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, health and safety checks, onboarding and offboarding staff, maintaining asset registers, managing deliveries, coordinating events, performing basic handyperson services, handling manual tasks, monitoring stock levels, and acting as a front-of-house representative.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at C/4 or above, strong communication, attention to detail, organization, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, analytical, logical, teamwork, initiative, non-judgmental, patience, and physical fitness.
