About the role

This apprenticeship offers a hands-on opportunity to work within an IT support team at FRESH STANCE LIMITED. As an apprentice, you will gain practical experience, develop new skills, and be mentored by experienced staff. Initially, you will focus on routine IT checks and assisting users with logging support tickets. The role will progress to providing IT support via phone and remote tools. While the initial period (2-3 months) will be office-based in Hatfield, the role will evolve to include remote working and some field visits to client sites.

Key responsibilities include installing and supporting business customers, handling client inquiries via phone and email, creating support incidents, performing regular checks, and providing 1st line support. You will also have the opportunity to provide on-site support, identify areas for service improvement, and enhance communication with clients and internal teams. The apprenticeship will cover traditional Microsoft server systems and cloud solutions like Microsoft 365, Azure, and Amazon Web Services. Excellent English and communication skills are essential. This is a dynamic role within a growing company offering diverse opportunities in support, customer service, and project work.
