About the role

Provide day-to-day IT support so colleagues and customers can keep working without interruption. Duties include providing technical support via phone, email, chat, or in person; investigating and diagnosing IT problems; installing and configuring software and hardware; following security policies; and documenting tasks. You will work towards the Information Communication Technician apprenticeship standard, with training delivered by Solveway.

Entry requirements

  • GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Organisation skills, communication skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are desired.
