About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become an Apprentice Security Technician at Bayley Security Ltd in Middlesbrough. You will gain hands-on experience in both the fire and security sectors, covering installation and maintenance of CCTV, access control, alarm, and fire systems. Duties include carrying out first and second fix installations, assisting with system commissioning, using hand tools, attending maintenance calls, fault finding, completing paperwork, and liaising with customers. The role requires adherence to company procedures and health & safety guidelines. This is an excellent chance to progress and develop new skills within an established company with a strong reputation in electronic security and fire detection systems.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication, customer care, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential. Must be initiative-driven, flexible, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
