About the role
Grosvenor is seeking a Major Works Project Manager Apprentice to join their UK Property Business. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the Service Performance Team (SPT), managing maintenance provisions and delivering small projects across the Grosvenor London Estate. The apprenticeship involves rotations between the Major Works Team, responsible for a 10-year preventative maintenance plan and development projects; the Energy Saving Fund Portfolio, focused on retrofit projects to improve building performance and reduce carbon emissions; and the SMDP Team, delivering small to medium development projects in Mayfair and Belgravia. Responsibilities include learning to prepare specifications, assess tenders, manage project accounts, conduct property surveys, understand health and safety requirements, and support project delivery from inception to completion. This is an ideal role for someone with a genuine interest in Project Management within the property sector and a desire to contribute to Grosvenor's sustainability objectives.
