Apprentice Property Inspection Assistant

About the role

MG Party Wall Experts is seeking an Apprentice Property Inspection Assistant to support their residential property inspection services. The role involves attending properties to conduct inspections, record property conditions using photos and notes, and manage associated administration. Key duties include travel between sites, organizing and uploading site information, preparing basic inspection records, and communicating with clients and occupiers. The apprentice will receive on-the-job training covering property inspections, condition recording, basic building knowledge, photographic reporting, customer service, and company procedures. The aim is to develop into a competent Property Inspection Assistant capable of independent routine inspections. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to the travel involved. The ideal candidate should have an interest in property, be observant, organized, communicate professionally, be comfortable working independently, and be confident using mobile devices and computer systems. Personal qualities such as punctuality, initiative, maturity, and reliability are highly valued. A DBS check is required.
