About the role
Start your career as a Bicycle Mechanic with Clapham Cycle Limited in London. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in a professional workshop, focusing on servicing, repairs, and assembly of bicycles. You will learn to diagnose faults, develop skills in various bicycle components, and maintain a tidy workshop. The role involves customer interaction, explaining technical work clearly, and completing all required apprenticeship training. Sundays are off, and staff receive trade pricing. This is a practical, workshop-based role that requires physical fitness and a willingness to learn. Previous bicycle maintenance experience is a plus but not essential. The apprenticeship includes remote learning alongside practical training at a centre for Cytech qualifications. Successful completion can lead to full-time employment and further career progression.
