Apprentice Early Years Educator

About the role

Join Timtin Playgroup and Kids Club, a friendly non-profit charity, as a Level 3 Early Years Apprentice. Learn from experienced practitioners while gaining hands-on experience supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing in a caring community setting. Duties will include working alongside experienced practitioners, building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, supporting children through play and everyday routines, and helping to create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment. You will observe and learn how practitioners support individual children's needs and interests, and support activities that encourage children's social, emotional, physical, and educational development. You will also learn about safeguarding, health and safety, and good practice within an early years setting, and attend training to complete your Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship. The ideal candidate will be a good listener, hardworking, willing to learn, and possess a positive 'can-do' attitude, being reliable and enthusiastic about working with children. Previous experience is not required as you will learn and develop skills alongside the experienced team.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.
