About the role

Join CASTLE HOUSE SCHOOL TRUST LTD as an Early Years Apprentice and embark on a rewarding career in childcare. This Level 3 apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in a nurturing nursery environment, combining practical learning with dedicated study. You will assist in providing high-quality education and care, ensuring children are safe, happy, and supported to learn and develop. Responsibilities include participating in daily care routines, engaging children in activities, supporting emotional needs, supervising play, and working collaboratively with experienced practitioners. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and a passion for early childhood development. The apprenticeship includes 1 day a week at Telford College, with a workplace mentor and college assessor providing comprehensive support throughout your training. Upon completion, there are opportunities for full-time L3 positions and further training in specialized areas.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above, Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Logical, Team working, Creative, Patience.
