About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to start their career within a technical support role. The role will involve being the first point of call for customers with technical issues/problems relating to specialist software and hardware. Duties include taking incoming calls, logging issues onto the CRM system, dealing with basic problems remotely and over the telephone, responding to email enquiries, organising and updating customers on repairs, and completing basic repairs if required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be reliable, approachable, upbeat, possess an excellent telephone manner, and have the ability to work well in a team as well as independently. Keenness to learn and an IT-related qualification would be advantageous. This role will be supported by the Information Communication Technician level 3 Apprenticeship standard. Possible full-time permanent position upon completion of the apprenticeship.
