About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to join Grosvenor Estate Management Limited as a Digital Associate Project Manager. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of digital initiatives, focusing on project management for new modules and enhancements within their digital platform and Grosvenor Connect. The aim is to deliver solutions that reduce manual effort, improve transparency, and enhance customer experience. Duties include learning agile methodologies, preparing project documentation, conducting research, supporting the product roadmap, liaising with stakeholders, identifying optimisation opportunities, mitigating risks, providing progress updates, and supporting goal setting and sprint planning. You will also maintain an awareness of relevant technologies to improve processes.
Entry requirements
- Level 3 Qualification (Apprenticeship/A Levels/BTEC etc.) OR equivalent work experience (typically 2 years in a relevant role) AND 5 x GCSE’s including English & Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above
