About the role

T&G Woodware is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Apprentice to join their team in Lincolnshire. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in sales and customer service while working towards a Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship Standard qualification. Duties will involve supporting customer orders, handling inquiries via phone and email, coordinating with internal teams, and engaging with existing and prospective customers. The role requires excellent communication, IT, attention to detail, organizational, customer care, problem-solving, and administrative skills, along with the ability to work logically and as part of a team. Essential requirements include GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above. This is a 1 year and 6 months apprenticeship, with a day-a-month release to Lincoln College during term time. Applicants will need their own transport due to the workplace location on the A17. Upon completion, there are opportunities for career progression into customer service or sales administration roles.
