About the role
An exciting opportunity for an ICT Support Technician Apprentice to join BEECHFIELD BRANDS LTD in BURY. As a member of the IT team, you will support the IT Administrator in providing an efficient and reliable IT service to approximately 50 users, both onsite and remote. This role involves handling day-to-day IT support requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues (Windows & Mac, iOS), supporting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, setting up and supporting meeting rooms, and various administrative duties. You will gain hands-on experience and develop essential IT support skills while working towards a Level 3 qualification in Information Communications Technology.
