About the role
Little Angels Tilbury is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Apprentice Nursery Nurse to join their team. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in supporting children's care, learning, and development while working towards a recognised Early Years qualification. The role involves assisting experienced staff with daily routines, activities, mealtimes, and personal care. The apprentice will also focus on observing children's development, maintaining a safe environment, and building positive relationships. Applicants should possess strong communication, attention to detail, organizational, and customer care skills, along with initiative, teamwork, and patience. A genuine interest in working with children, reliability, and punctuality are essential. Upon successful completion, there is potential for progression to a permanent Nursery Nurse/Early Years Practitioner role.
