About the role

RAC is looking for Apprentice RAC Roadside Automotive Technicians to join their team. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real-life breakdown situations and mobile mechanic services. You will provide roadside assistance, perform diagnostics, and carry out repairs, while effectively communicating with members. The role involves completing services, repairs, and diagnostics at customers' homes or workplaces, offering a diverse range of experiences. You will have access to a fully equipped, state-of-the-art company vehicle and complete tool kit. Entry requirements

  • GCSE English: 4 or above or equivalent (Essential), GCSE Maths: 4 or above or equivalent (Essential), Communication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Analytical skills, Logical, Initiative, Non judgemental, Patience, Physical fitness. Must be over 18 years old and hold a full clean UK driving licence with less than 3 points.
