About the role
The Level 2 Print Operative Apprenticeship is a hands-on, industry-focused programme designed for people looking to start a career in the printing sector. Apprentices will learn how to support the production of printed products across lots of areas from magazines and packaging to signage. Duties include producing printed materials using digital print equipment, copying, printing, scanning, and binding client documents, finishing work, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. The role emphasizes teamwork and pitching in wherever needed. You will be working in a print room environment and supported by experienced staff and a tutor from BPIF Training, with all training delivered on site.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication, attention to detail, organization, customer care, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential. Must be creative and show initiative.
