About the role
An exciting opportunity to join the Trust Central IT Team as an IT Apprentice. This role involves providing first-line IT support to staff and students across multiple school sites, assisting with building, imaging, and deploying Windows devices. Key responsibilities include managing IT support requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting user accounts, and assisting with device setup and asset management. The apprentice will adhere to Trust IT policies, safeguarding procedures, and cyber security standards. This is a fixed-term apprenticeship offering valuable experience in a dynamic educational IT environment.
Entry requirements
- GCSEs (including English and Maths) at grade 4/C or above, or equivalent. Essential skills include problem-solving, initiative, good communication, numeracy, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
