About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to start a career in IT with one of Lancashire's leading Microsoft-focused Managed Service Providers. As an Apprentice IT Support Technician, you will work across a wide range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows, networking, cybersecurity and cloud services. Duties include providing first-line technical support, logging and managing support tickets, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems, assisting with deployments, building customer relationships, documenting work, contributing to knowledge bases, and supporting senior engineers with projects. You will also participate fully in apprenticeship training and self-development activities. Successful completion may lead to a permanent full-time role.
