Recruitment Apprentice

About the role

Harriet Ellis Training Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Apprentice to join their team and support self-funded learners. The role involves matching learners to dental vacancies, arranging interviews, liaising with dental practices, obtaining vacancies, building employer relationships, and updating CVs. The apprentice will deliver an excellent experience for both learners and employers.

Key duties include:

- Matching suitable learners with dental employer vacancies.

- Arranging interviews and working interviews/trial days.

- Liaising with dental practices throughout the recruitment process.

- Obtaining vacancies daily from dental practices via phone and email.

- Building relationships with employers to ensure vacancies are filled quickly and efficiently.

- Reviewing and updating learner CVs.

- Delivering an outstanding learner and employer experience.

This apprenticeship offers ongoing training and development, with potential for career progression and a permanent full-time position upon completion.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths grade 4 or above. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, administrative, analytical, logical, teamwork, creativity, initiative, and patience skills are essential.
