About the role

Harriet Ellis Training Solutions in Romford is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team. This office-based role involves supporting learners enrolled in their Dental Nursing course with their job search. While a job is not guaranteed, extensive support is provided. The position blends recruitment, candidate engagement, and relationship management. You will collaborate with employers and learners to schedule interviews and trial days, review learner CVs, and secure Dental Nursing vacancies. Key responsibilities include matching learners to vacancies, arranging interviews, liaising with dental practices, obtaining daily vacancies via phone and email, building employer relationships, and updating learner CVs. The goal is to deliver an outstanding learner and employer experience.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English grade 4 or above. Desired: GCSE Maths grade 4 or above. Strong communication, IT, and organisational skills, confident telephone manner, excellent customer service, ability to work independently, strong time management, Microsoft Office proficiency, target-driven, and self-motivated.
