About the role
Hayley Group is seeking an HR & Recruitment Apprentice to join their HR team. This role offers hands-on experience in both HR generalist activities and talent acquisition, supporting the entire employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include updating HR systems, managing employee records, and assisting with recruitment processes such as writing job adverts, candidate sourcing, assessment, and onboarding. The apprentice will also lead on onboarding tasks like Right to Work checks and issuing contracts, and contribute to process improvement projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a recognised qualification in HR and talent acquisition while developing key administrative and communication skills.
Entry requirements
- GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4 or above, plus 3 other GCSEs at grade 4 or above. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, and administrative skills are essential.
