About the role
Jack in the Box Nursery is seeking a dedicated Childcare Apprentice to join their team. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience as a nursery assistant, working with children in a variety of engaging activities from arts and crafts to outdoor play. Apprentices will also attend college one day a month to gain their formal qualification. Duties include maintaining accurate children's records, promoting diversity and equality, working effectively within a team, partnering with parents, and attending relevant events. This role provides a pathway to further career progression within the childcare sector, with opportunities to move into team-leading and management roles, or to pursue careers in teaching, nursing, midwifery, play work, and social work.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above
