About the role

Join LEVEL DEVELOPMENTS LTD as an Assembly Technician Apprentice in CROYDON. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to learn specialist manufacturing techniques and produce high-quality assemblies. You will work alongside experienced colleagues, ensuring products are manufactured safely, accurately, and to specification. Duties include reading and understanding manufacturing documentation, performing various assembly operations (screen printing, pad printing, adhesive bonding, mechanical assembly), recording production information, maintaining quality standards through inspections, and adhering to health and safety policies. You will also be involved in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement. The apprenticeship is for one year and will involve on-the-job training alongside structured learning delivered by TRAIN'D UP RAILWAY RESOURCING LIMITED. Upon successful completion, there may be opportunities for progression within the company.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English, Maths, and Physics (or Combined Science) at C/4 or above are essential. A practical qualification (e.g., DT, Food preparation) at C/4 or above is desired. Key skills include communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, and teamwork.
