About the role

Months 8-16 transition the apprentice to the 1st Line Team, providing administrative and remote support to a growing customer base. The apprentice will report to the 1st Line Team Leader and work on the Helpdesk, handling specific projects and tasks. The expectation is to resolve at least 85% of incidents independently by the end of the tenure. Key skills developed include customer care, communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and technical awareness of IT hardware, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft 365. The role emphasizes a mature attitude, a desire to be a team player, and a proactive, 'can-do' approach. The apprenticeship leads to a Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification.
