Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship

About the role

Start your career in health and social care with our Level 2 Adult Care Apprenticeship. Gain valuable hands-on experience supporting older adults to remain independent in their own homes while earning, learning, and developing the skills needed for a rewarding career in care. As a Home Care Worker Apprentice, you will provide high-quality care and support, promote dignity and independence, and assist with personal care and daily living activities. You will also carry out light domestic duties, assist with collecting prescriptions, accurately record care visits, and monitor changes in service users' health. You will follow safeguarding, health and safety, and company policies, and participate in staff meetings and training. Work towards achieving your apprenticeship qualification while developing your care skills. Upon successful completion, there is the possibility of full-time employment.
