Are you passionate about education and eager to make a difference in students’ lives? This Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship at Thomas Bewick School, a specialist school for children and young people with autism, offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while earning a qualification. Duties include supervising class activities, accompanying pupils on educational visits, working with specialist staff to deliver agreed programmes, meeting the care needs of pupils, learning classroom-based skills, planning and delivering learning activities, and providing clerical support. The apprenticeship is with INSPIRE LIMITED, a leading Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Agency, with training provided by LET ME PLAY LIMITED. Upon successful completion, there is a possibility of full-time employment.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at A*-C/9-4 or Level 2 equivalent.
