Childcare Apprenticeship – Level 3 Early Years Educator (NW)

About the role

This Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship is designed for individuals with prior experience in a nursery or school setting who are passionate about childcare and early years education. The role involves providing a nurturing and engaging environment for children, supporting their learning and development through observation and planning, and preparing resources. Key duties include preparing food, assisting children with self-care, maintaining a creative and enthusiastic approach, adhering to safeguarding policies, and undertaking necessary training such as first aid. Upon successful completion, apprentices will qualify as Level 3 practitioners with the potential for permanent employment and career progression into roles such as social work, teaching, or management.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Attention to detail, organisation skills, problem-solving skills, presentation skills, team working, creativity, initiative, non-judgmental attitude, and patience.
