Childcare Apprenticeship – Level 3 Early Years Educator

About the role

An excellent opportunity for someone passionate about childcare to embark on a Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship. This role is ideal for individuals with some prior experience in a nursery or school setting who are looking to advance their career in early years education. The apprenticeship involves supporting children's learning and development, planning and observing activities, preparing and maintaining the nursery environment, and ensuring the well-being and safety of children. You will be involved in preparing meals, supporting children's self-help needs, and adhering to all safeguarding and health and hygiene regulations. Training will be provided, including First Aid and updates on relevant standards and legal requirements. Upon successful completion, you will qualify as a Level 3 practitioner, with potential for a permanent role and further career progression into teaching, social work, or managerial positions within the childcare sector.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential. Creative thinking, initiative, a non-judgemental attitude, and patience are highly valued.
