About the role

Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? Lincolnshire House Association is seeking a dedicated Adult Care Worker to join their team. As an Adult Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents with a wide range of needs in a residential setting, as well as offering day and respite care. Your role will involve supporting individuals with daily routines, promoting independence, dignity, and respect. You will be responsible for assisting with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and medication administration in line with care plans and company procedures. Accurate record-keeping using digital systems is essential, as is fostering companionship and social interaction to combat isolation. Entry requirements
